How to Enroll Your Child

If you are considering Acorn School, call to join the wait list starting the September prior to enrollment. At this time, you can schedule a school visit beginning in October throughout the school year.
There is no fee to join the wait list, and it does not guarantee enrollment. Placement is based on the date of initial contact. You will be notified after January 15th if a spot is available.

  • For currently enrolled students and Acorn alumni reserving a spot for the next school year, a $200 deposit is due by January 1.

    New family, deposits are due after notification of enrollment.

    Deposits can be made online. If you’re paying by check, please make them payable to Acorn School and submit the check with the registration form to the Director or mailed to Acorn School, PO Box 570, Stratham, NH 03885.

    The deposit will be applied to your tuition balance. It is non-refundable and required for all classes.

    Tuition Payment Schedule Options:
    Pay All at Once: Full payment by July 1
    Split in Two: Payments due July 1 and December 1
    Split in Five: Payments spread from July to April on set dates
    Monthly Plan: 10 payments from July through April

    Checks can be made payable to Acorn School and turned in to the Director, mailed to Acorn School, PO Box 570, Stratham, NH 03885, or paid online. Failure to pay may jeopardize your child’s reserved space.

  • With your deposit and tuition payments, your child’s spot is guaranteed for the length of the school year. Should your child withdraw from Acorn School prior to the end of the school year, the tuition deposit continues to be non-refundable.

  • Acorn School reserves the right to make changes to this policy from time to time. Changes in this policy will be made public or in a written notice sent home.

  • All forms will be e-mailed to you by the end of June. These include a health form, a general information form, and an emergency contact form. You will also receive a school calendar.
